I'd like to set up a system of FAQ-answering engines for various
special topics of expertise. Each expert will contribute a set of
question/answer pairs. All the new data will be kept in a MySQL
archive, accessible from a PHP script. The single-topic system will
take a query, scan for keywords, and present the best-matching
questions. The user will then select a question, and the system
will return a succinct answer together with a link to more
information on that topic. The toplevel system will take a query,
scan for keywords, and present the best-matching topics. The user
will the select a topic, and the system will pass hir question to
the appropriate single-topic system.

Does anybody like the idea? I need several collaborators:
- Somebody to brainstorm the design before any code is written,
and to coordinate with me during prototype/test coding.
- Somebody who knows PHP well enough to guide me efficiently toward
online documentation how to perform specific tasks that will be
needed.
- Somebody to test the system and report how well it performs and
report any bugs that are discoveed.
