When something is good and useful, it's intrinsic value carries it
through time. The "Anime Ethics and Legality FAQ" was researched,
thought over and debated by many over many months in rec.arts.anime.misc
before it came to be. Written by Andy Kent, whom most might know by his
more prominent pen-name :), it has been lying quiet for quite a while..

Mindful of the various calls and requests for it, I asked Andy if I
could put it up on "Memoirs" along with the other raa.misc posts and
articles featured. He surprised me by making a present of it to me. So,
still dazed, but greatly tickled and not a little enchanted :), I am
